I can not see the video, why?

When you don't view/edit your file for a period of time (more than a month), the file is archived. 

However, the files are always stored until deleted, so they are still accessible.

If you wish to access an archived file, reach out to [e-mail] and we will pull it back from the archive.

Note: This might still be the case if you see the text “Your video will be available soon.”
